How do I return an item?
Ogham Jewellery - Returns Policy
Ogham Ayr Ltd aim for all our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases every time they shop with us. However we understand that on some occasions you may wish to return items purchased.
Our refund, exchange and returns policies outlined below do not affect your statutory rights to return faulty goods. Further information about your statutory rights on returns of goods are available at www.consumerdirect.gov.uk
Please note that some products cannot be returned unless we are at fault, this applies to personalised items specially made for you, and engraved items.
Cooling off Period
Goods can be returned for refund for a period of up to 15 days from the day after delivery of the goods, or for exchange for a period of up to 30 days from the day after delivery of the goods, if you are in any way unhappy with your purchase or for any other reason, this includes any statutory cooling off period. Please note that goods returned to Ogham Ayr Ltd must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
We cannot refund for Jewellery which is custom made or engraved for you or for earrings due to the British Hygiene laws.
Refunds can only be made to the credit or debit card used to purchase the goods. Therefore if a gift recipient wishes to return goods, we cannot offer a cash refund, but can offer an exchange or gift voucher.
Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights for return of goods under UK legislation such as the Sale of Goods Act 1979.
For your security we recommend that postal returns should be made by Royal Mail Special Delivery, this service ensures that you will have proof of delivery and insurance of the goods while in transit.
