Returns

Goods can be returned up to 14 days from despatch of the goods for a refund, excluding any delivery charges, if you are in any way unhappy with your purchase or for any other reason, however this does not include custom made / made to order products or earrings (due to hygiene laws). Goods can also be returned up to 30 days from despatch for an exchange.

Please note that goods returned to Ogham Jewellery must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Please click here for our full returns policy.
