Nearly all of our Ogham Jewellery is made in the UK. UK orders take 2-3 weeks to make and ship. (Overseas orders may take slightly longer.) Feel free to get in touch if you need a specific delivery date.
Delivery
We try to keep most of our online range in stock, however this is not always possible. Many of our designs are handmade pieces and are made to order. When you place an order, we will contact you as quickly as possible to confirm your order and provide an estimated delivery time. If you are not satisfied with the estimated delivery time, we will happily refund your payment in full.
Stock items are sent as quickly as possible and will usually take 1-2 working days in the UK and up to 7 working days internationally. Made to order items are usually within two weeks in the UK, although some special order rings may take up to four weeks.
Our jewellery is posted in the UK by Royal Mail Special Delivery and abroad by Royal Mail International Signed For service.
UK delivery is charged at £6.95 for orders up to £80 and is free on orders over £80.
International delivery is charged at £23 for orders up to £200 and is free on orders over £200.
Unfortunately we have had to stop taking orders from Europe at this time due to ongoing customs and Brexit-related issues.
Returns
Goods can be returned up to 14 days from despatch of the goods for a refund, excluding any delivery charges, if you are in any way unhappy with your purchase or for any other reason, however this does not include custom made / products or earrings (due to hygiene laws). Goods can also be returned up to 30 days from despatch for an exchange.
